Favorite Children’s Book: "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. I love the way this feisty little creature eats his way through a variety of good foods, indulging in a day of junk food on the sixth day resulting in a stomachache, then corrects himself by eating a nice green leaf. I love this story because it is a story of change...some things we can change, like behavior, and sometimes change comes to us. We can adapt to a new life change and be happy.
